Noticeboard

Dear patients, please call the surgery prior to attending an appointment if you are using a pushchair, pram or wheelchair to ensure that the lift is in working order. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION.

Repeat Prescriptions

If you take medication on a long term basis you may ask for a repeat prescription by completing the tear off slip found at the back of the prescription. You can order the prescription in a variety of ways:

  • By placing it in the re-order box at the reception.
  • By faxing the request slip to us.
  • Online via the link at the top of this page (registration required)
  • By post with a stamped address envelope (SAE) for postal return.

When you order your repeat medications please note that they will be available for you to collect in 2 working days (48 hours) excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that under no circumstances do we take prescription orders over the phone, unless it has been authorised by the doctor.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
