Dear patients, please call the surgery prior to attending an appointment if you are using a pushchair, pram or wheelchair to ensure that the lift is in working order. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION.

New Patient Registration

We do not discriminate against any person who wishes to register with our surgery but if you live outside of our catchments area we are unable to accept you as a patient.

To register you as an NHS patient you must provide proof of address and valid proof of ID along with the completed registration paperwork and have a new patient health check with the nurse.

Personal information: We are fully computerised and we are registered under the data protection act. We have robust systems in place to protect your confidentiality.
